Met here for a family reunion. Great place for families. Pool, large areas to meet, wonderful breakfast and cocktail hour, staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything went well and had a terrific time!

The majority of the hotels in Indianapolis were booked due to several events happening the days I stayed. It was certainly not my first choice of hotels but it was better than staying at a really cheap motel (which by the way were readily available). Since my stay was very, very last minute, the choices of rooms were slim picking. I know I had reserved a suite with 2 double beds; however, upon arrival discovered it was a suite with one large (yet very comfortable) king bed. Unfortunately, it turned out it was a smoking room and you could still smell the linger of smoke. Not an enjoyable smell but I dealt with it. Also, the free breakfast is a free breakfast. I think they served "bacon" and sausage links and had a hot to-order breakfast. I guess for what you're paying, you might as well take advantage of this breakfast. I have stayed at better Embassy Suites so this one in Indianapolis is kind of sub-par. I guess if there were no other choices, I would choose this hotel over any motel. But I am a hotel snob.

Our room was very expensive, and there are so many nice hotels in the area we could have gone somewhere better for a cleaner room and better service. The bathroom had hairs in it, pool was disgusting and had an inch of standing water outside of the pool, our door wouldn't always open because it was jammed and found hairs in pull out bed. We told the front office but they didn't care.

Very nice hotel for the money! The complimentary breakfast and happy hour was excellent. We had a very nice stay.
