We were only there one night and they meet our needs. Very simple and easy to check in and out.

Needed an economical place to stay for the weekend. Great value for the price. Waffles were great, had cereal and cinnamon rolls as well. Clean room, quiet. Was full that weekend and did not hear a lot of noise

We arrived at the hotel and there was no one at front desk and it was approx. 7pm on a Friday. We rang a bell and a kid that looked like he was about ready to go clubbin' came out. Gave us our key. Cleanliness - just okay. Bathroom had a hole in the shower and the room was literally just big enough to walk around the bed and that's it. Outdated static TV. Had to be to bed by 11pm because I was a vendor at a festival the next day and had to be up early. Around 11:30 there was a hoard of people running back and forth and laughing/partying above us past 2am. I talked to the front desk and they said a kids church group was above me. THAT'S ALL. No one talked to them, nothing. It literally sounded like they were in my room. I will NEVER stay in this hotel ever again. Bad! There were other nicer hotels for the price, but they were sold out. My loss!

The front desk seems to never have anyone stationed at it. They had a phone that customers are to use to call for service if no one's there. When checking in, I had to phone someone to come to the desk after no one showing up for over five minutes after the first call. When I checked out, yet again the desk had no one stationed at it. It took three calls with no one answering before someone showed up. Then, they made it seem like I was an inconvenience for wanting to check out. I was hardly thrilled with the desk service here. However, the cleaning staff I encountered was a kind, older man that was great. He was very helpful and went out of his way to offer me assistance. As for the room, it smelled of smoke, even though it was non-smoking. It was, however, decently clean and the bed was of okay quality. You could hear the floorboards creaking from every step made by the guests above me, and the hallways were extremely loud. I guess it was what I expected for what I paid for it. The hotel was very close to many restaurants and the mall, which was nice. Overall, it was an alright stay, but I don't think I'd book here again.
