Staff was super friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. However, I was surprised to find there was not a FREE breakfast, considering the price of the room. I'll go back to staying at Day's Inn.

From the moment I landed in Lexington and called the DoubleTree to come pick me up, I felt like I was with friends. Everyone, from the front desk, bartenders, wait staff and housekeeping was polite friendly and always had a smile. The room was spacious and comfy. The beds were the best.
Being in the hospitality industry myself, I pay attention to details and especially customer service. The Lexington DoubleTree on Richmond Rd. made my weekend wonderful despite the bad weather.
I highly recommend them. Oh and those cookies are addictive...yuuuumy!
This hotel is centrally located and the rooms are very comfortable.

This hotel is within easy driving distance of all sites in and around Lexington. The rooms are very nice with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. It has a spacious lobby area and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast is not included, but there is a Panera bread restaurant within walking distance.
Not having to worry about anything at the hotel was very helpful.

In town for a family emergency, being able to concentrate on that without having to worry about anything regarding our stay at the hotel was very helpful.
