I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It was conveniently located to the train system, to restaurants, to the city. The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice and courteous. There was not a staff member that I dealt with who did not go out of their way to help. And those cookies? To die for. To be quite honest, one of the members of my party said she encountered an employee at the front desk, a woman, who did not provide excellent. However, I interacted with waitresses, cooks, bartender, front desk staff, houskeeping staff, bell hop, etc, and they ALL were polite and extremely helpful. Most went out of there way, to help. So, I don't know what the problem was there.

The receptionist started off our stay on the right foot by welcoming us to Boston and taking a few minutes of her time to orient us on the city, sights to see and walking distances for all. She made a great first impression. The hotel has a beautiful entryway with a comfortable lobby. The rooms were average size, but very clean and cozy. The location is next to Chinatown, literally right next to the Tufts Medical Center subway stop, and very convenient for walking around the city.

Very nice hotel. Centrally located near Boston Commons, and between the Back Bay and the historic downtown. Nice rooms and very accomodating and helpful staff. Across the street from Tufts Hospital emergency room, so some occassional noise outside at night, but inside the hotel was very quiet. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

I became quite ill while on this trip. The Tufts MEd. Center was right there at the pront door of the hotel. The hotel staff were very supportive to my fimly while I was in the hospital and very kind. A great team. I intend to go back, and really vacation the next time!
