I stayed at the Omni House in Boston from 30/8 to Sept. 2nd and we had not as a nice stay at your hotel (it was our first experience in Omni Hotel)as I could expect. At the arrival we were informed that the room was not yet ready and understandably we should have waited for 20 min before entering it. When my wife went again to the front desk we were informed that if we would have wanted a nicer room we should be waiting for a little longer. She did and then when she entered surprisingly we found out that the room was extremely small for 2 adults and a child despite a deluxe room had been booked. The only feedback she got at the moment that it was the standard size for the hotel. When I arrived later from the airport I called the front desk and a very nice person, called Cristis, helped us proposing a larger room but we were already set in the room and we preferred not to move.. Our stay was really penalized by such the reduced dimensions of the room. When I booked a deluxe room it was obvious to expect an appropriate room for my family. Even the OMNI sensational KID belonging to your guest services was partly applied as the first person at the front desk forgot during the check in to insert the age of the children providing only the backpack. Our beliefs is that a more accurate approach during the check-in phase would have been greatly appreciated. I would add the following penalizing issues:
- The mattress in one of the two queen bed was sagging in the middle I had not a nice relief on it. Apparently it was not possible to change it.
- The complimentary drink welcome cards you provide for joining the loyalty selected programme were not easily possible to spend as we were wrongly informed that we could use at the bar or restaurant...
- We tried to spend the last day during the breakfast but they were not accepted in that occasion
(paying  20 usd for 2 coffee and juices)
- We then went to the gift shop where it was supposed the only place to accept them and we learned in a rude way they accept only one card per day. Nobody had specified that before.
Aforementioned these negative events in our stay I am confident you to take into account them and restore my trust in the hotel and the guest service before approaching other resorts in furure holidays or business trips. Sincerely alessandro di scala

We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel, plus it's location in the city was perfect to walk to either the North End, Quincy Markeplace, Faniuel Hall, Newberry Street or the Wharf; we did it all and by foot following the FREEDOM TRAIL!
In addition, we so loved the ambiance of the Omni Parker Hotel; it provided the traditional and historical atomosphere that is paramount when you visit Boston!
