    Every design stuffs in the hotel was cool!! subtle details made me happy! would stay again :-) - but the service was not that amazing...it was average:-)

    Received free upgrade from king classic to junior suite. reception staff very friendly and gracious. staff was flexible about departure time. good location. wish that parking was less expensive.

    The price is a little expensive, however it beats the hotels in the heart of Boston. (Plus you can sometimes find really good deals, just have to look). The location is amazing with tons of good restaurants within walking distance and is super close to downtown Boston. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. I have stayed here more than a few times and had an excellent experience every stay. It's my choice hotel to stay at whenever I visit Boston.

    I was looking forward to this hotel since this hotel was highly recommended by some hotel reviews. It was located in the very convenient central area and it looked modern and beautiful. The staff was friendly and the room was chic and comfortable. The thing I was dissapointed in was the thin wall or thin door. I could hear clearly every word the next room was talking about. I could even hear what they were whispering until they went to sleep!!!! I reported it to the front desk and they assured me that it would tell my next door to be quiet while I know it's not the people next door's fault but the door that divided our rooms was too thin or not well insulated. It was a very frustrating nights!
