I like everything about the hotel: the location, the decor, the room size, the bathroom. But my room is pretty dusty! I was travelling with three other friends (we all stayed in 1 room), and we all agreed that the room is not properly cleaned. The dust makes us sneeze a lot. We stayed there for 3 nights. The housekeeper did not seem to care about our last night stay because she did not give us new drinking glasses and refill our coffee. But when we called and asked for them, they were sent to our room fast enough.
WAY OVERPRICED !!!!!Won't make that mistake again !!!

Their continental breakfast was $18 each!!!! imagine a bowl of oatmeal for $18 !!! they'll rent you a fridge for $25 to $10 a day ! it cost $30 a day ...
Their continental breakfast was $18 each!!!! Imagine a bowl of oatmeal for $18 !!! They'll rent you a fridge for $25 to $10 a day ! It cost $30 a day to park a car there! Maid service was great!!! It was cheaper to have a bowl of oatmeal in the room. That way it was only $10 bucks Theres NO free breakfast!!!!

The room itself was great. However, the when we tried to get breakfast at the in hotel restaurant in the morning, it was an ridiculous hassle. It was Mother's Day, but the fact they they could not handle a couple cups of coffee to go is inexcusable. They messed up the order, overcharged us, and generally seemed imcompetent and confused by the whole process. A hotel that has a restaurant should be able to accomodate all its guests, regardless of holidays or special dates. I am sure their Mother's Day brunch was nice, but they should have had an alternative for people that were not there for that. Left a very negative taste in my mouth, despite the rest of the stay being nice.

CON: There was no gift shop at all. EVERYTHING was over priced. The walls were super thin. I was having "time" with my boyfriend and then I heard a baby start crying. Talk about a buzz kill. They had a buffet breakfast for $20, they added in 18% gratuity but there was no service, so why did I tip? There also was not a lot of food for a $20 buffet.
PRO: Awesome location! Right across from the mall and some restaurants. It was very clean, and the house keeping was good.
