We got there the evening of 12/18/09, and after driving around the back side of the building and got to our room, the first thing I had to do was use the bathroom. After seeing this my wife and I went back to the office and told them were not staying in that room and they were very sorry and gave us another room,( the one next door). I told my wife I bet this one won't be much different and I was right. The toilet was just as dirty and we pulled down the bed spread and the sheets hadn't been changed at all. There were body hairs all over the sheets and pillows and who knows what else. We told them we wanted our money back, they gave it back to use and once again they were sorry. It about made us sick!

The staff was friendly and the location was good, but I felt the room was dirty and was a little high priced for the quality of the room.

Oh my God, got almost desperate to find somewhere to stay overnight after realizing most of the motels were closed during this season. I saw the neon sign and the bright 8 shining in the darkness . The moment I got inot the lobby, I began to be wrapped around by the true Branson hospitality. I checked in the room, squeaky clean and snuggly comfy. Strong internet signal, and hot inroom coffee... imagine this in the dark and snowy night. I love this Super 8!

Super 8 Central was okay. First, the desk staff who checked me in were a bit cold, and one wouldn't even acknowledge me when asked something. The room was clean, but the shower was a bit tricky. I am 5'6" and had to stoop to wash my hair, so a tall person would have a hard time. Also, the water always smelled musty, I don't know if this is the case everywhere in Branson, but it was strange. Also the water is so soft that we had a hard time rinsing off soap. The folks above us had squeeky floors so we could hear them walking around all night. I would stay here again if it was just for one or two days, but would go somewhere else for extended stays. The rate is very average for Branson. I got a better rate by calling the hotel direct. The breakfast was just okay, we only ate it once. The check in area and breakfast area smelled like smoke. The parking lot was tricky also, everything seems to be built on-top of each other. It is just a series of parking lots that have been joined together, so can be a bit confusing. We saw no shows, just shopped, and this hotel was centrally located for that purpose.
