Things aren't as clean as they could be. There is overall dinginess.
In the exercise room, there is no treadmill and the elliptical is broken. Also, the tv channel can't be changed.
In the room, half of the tv channels were static. My room was on the first floor and it had strangely high ceilings that made it feel like a lobby.
The parking situation is not very good. There are a few spots out front and then a few more in the back. The front was full when I arrived, so after parking in the back I had to haul my stuff around and up a hill to get in the front. (in the snow)

My company travels me 3 to 4 times out of the year. I did business in Jefferson City, and this is the hotel they selected for me. This hotel sits to the south of Jefferson City, in a good location. I checked in easily, and walked the long hall and down the stairs to my room. The staff was knowledeable, but that's it.They did not say I could park my car close to the entrance where my room was locatied. after working all day, it seemed like a long walk, even to the elevator. The hotel should make parking closer to the rooms, but they don't. The room is basic, with a bed that seemed firm and was clean. The room had a flat screen t.v. but the stations did not match the stations on the chart provided in the room. There is a desk, with a coffee maker, and a data entry cable. There was one outlet under the desk. I was easily able to access the internet from my laptop. The bathroom is small. Beside the bathroom is a tiny hallway with the refriegerator, and microwave. The microwave was clean. I don't think the refrigerator was turned on. There was a can of Coke, and a water bottle inside the refrigerator, compliments of the hotel.
The room itself, if I based a review on it, would be a 4 star. At night, the room had a sound, about ever 30 minutes, of a vacuum cleaner. The people above me, were arguing, and I got an earful. I use earplugs, and am thankful I bought them. The vacuum cleaner sound never stopped. If I were to stay in Jefferson City, I'd choose a different hotel.
