Do not depend on the shuttle service. We tried calling for 30 minutes and no one would even answer the phone.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location and good accomodations. Staff were friendly and eager to help as we realized that the room was far too small, they easily upgraded up into one of their suites...beautiful room, 8 person bathroom jacuzzi and all the space and amenities you could enjoy. Great week of r&r :)

We stayed at the DoubleTree Downtown in Omaha while attending a Michael Buble' concert this summer. It was within walking distance of the QWest Center and the rooms are older but comfortable and clean. Parking is available in the bank parking lot next door for a small fee. It is a little confusing as to how to return to the garage via the elevator however, so get specific directions from the desk. I would recommend having dinner or lunch in the Old Market which is also a few blocks away to the east and south. Breakfast is not complimentary.

the heating dedn't work in our room,. we call they dedn't fix it. Instead they drop off a small heating (thing) do to that we end up getting really sick, including my daughter who is 8 years old, the 3 days that we stay in the hotel of omaha nebraska the room was freezing . Well thanks to that we still really sick, plus more stuff about the service, but o well that just show us not because is expensive is going to be good. We will never go back there, horrible experience.
