Despite poor reviews I still booked this hotel. The hospitality was awful... Don't stay here!

The single-king room is tiny. The good news is that the room comes with a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee pot, but these make the room even more cramped than it would otherwise be. Also, with all of the appliances not only wasn't there enough plugs fro a cellphone or other charger, I had to unplug a lamp in order to use the clock radio. Definitely not a good arrangement if you need to work from the room. The location was convenient to my destination and I got a great price as part of a package. I got what I paid for, not nothing more.

The hotel overall was great. My mother and nephew stayed while they were visiting me. The room was comfortable and good sized. However, they did not clean the room everyday and when it came time to check out they would not let my mother use the luggage cart because they had all of their Fed Ex packages on it until the truck came which was a little ridiculous. Other than that the staff was nice enough, and the indoor pool was great! My mom said the breakfast bar was just average, but for the money we paid it was a really good deal!!

This hotel was bad from the start. It was supposed to be non smoking yet the entire hotel as well as our room smelled like smoke. The room was dirty. Very overpriced. I have stayed in much much nicer hotels for the same price. The basket in the bathroom that contained our soap had mold or a cigarette burn. I say mold my husband says cigarette burn. Either way Yuck. In the middle of the night I was woken up a few times by a beeping noise and then I could hear the front desk answer the phone. I was on the 6th floor so I don't know how that happened. The beds were hard. The bathroom floor was yucky. We didn't even eat the free breakfast because my husband was so grossed out by the room he didn't want to touch the food. The only reason we didn't leave and go somewhere else is because we booked online and would have had to pay regardless. My 11 year old took one look at the pool and said. I don't want to swim here. It was dirty too. The elevator was 2 years overdue for an inspection according to the inspection card in it.
