I will return and recommend it to others. Everything was perfect.

I've stayed in many really nice hotels, and this place was right st the top. Exceptionally clean & neat. Super nice staff. The pricestaff was veryvery reasonable. I came to Albuquerque because my father died unexpectedly. The staff was very comforting. The beds were great in nice large rooms. I loved therefore pool. Had a nice relaxing swim to help reduce the stress of my loss. Looking forward to staying there again next time I go there to visit my brother.

The guy who checked me in was a jerk, and he also charged me AGAIN for the room even though I had prepaid for the room. He laughed at me when I voiced my concern over being charged twice, and claimed that the card was only going to be used for any 'incidentals,' of which we used none. I have called the hotel but they still haven't had the charges fixed. Room itself was clean, bathroon sink/counter was tiny - ok for one person at a time but that's it. There was conditioner but no shampoo. Didn't try the breakfast. We won't stay here again - too many other hotels in the same price range/services that treat their customers better.

OK, but rooms old and need updating. Shares parking lot with Applebee's, sometimes noisy at night.
