The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the extensive choices for the free breakfast and the free wi-fi & access to a printer.

Stayed here for 7 days and I was happy with the cleanliness and service. The breakfast bar is very good. I had a the larger king size room and it was very comfortable. The pillows weren't so great.

As a family of 4 with 2 kids traveling through Roswell on vacation, I chose this national chain because it seemed like a safe bet and the other online travel website reviews for this town were mediocre. This hotel wound up being a disappointment. The indoor pool was small with limited seating/towels and felt very crowded if there were more than a half dozen people in it. Although the staff was very professional at check in, when we had a problem with a non-flushing toilet in our room (a problem that existed BEFORE we checked in), the only offer was to bring us a cheap plunger for us to plunge the toilet ourselves since maintenance didn't arrive until later in the morning. The plunger couldn't fix the problem so we wound up using the hall bathroom on the 1st floor, which was less than ideal. There was no adjustment on our bill for the inconvenience, despite Holiday Inn's motto. The bedding was plush and the AC worked well in the room. The room itself was pretty small. No fridge. No microwave. Thin towels. Only a few machines in the work out room, which were always occupied when we needed them. Given that this was a fairly pricey hotel for the area, I would definitely look elsewhere for a better value and improved accommodations.
