Would certainly recommend this hotel to travelers. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem is that they ask you to keep the room too warm. will definitely go back though

I actually hate to leave such a mediocre review, because the staff was pretty patient and nice. However, I chose this motel based on online reviews so I feel like I need to leave an honest review on here as well.
- Rooms are BIG
- Beds are decently comfortable and the rooms are fairly clean
- Staff compensated me well (see below)
The power went out in my room. The lights went off and wouldn't come back on. This after I noticed a safety hazard with a sparking wall plug that had its case broken (related?). The staff did quickly move me to a different, much nicer room when I told them at the front desk.
A couple of miles away from downtown and not within walking distance of anything convenient. Had to drive to find dinner.
Breakfast was "meh," but that's to be expected with a two star hotel. Still, they didn't even have ketchup for the eggs.
Continuous wireless problems. Seems that they haven't quite figured out their issues with their wireless routers since previous reviews. After a couple of hours I got one of their networks to connect, but it was the only one working for me. This was really inconvenient as I had work to do where I needed internet access.
Also, that side of town seemed a bit sketchy. I had large items in my car that I was transporting (couldn't be moved on my own) and felt nervous all night about leaving them outside. I didn't see any visible security.
With it being so cheap, I knew what I was getting into when I booked the room. However, with all the hassle and issues I found myself wishing I had spent the extra $10 to stay at one of the nearby hotels. The difference in cost wouldn't have been that much.

I ditto a previous review. I was a little apprehensive abouit staying in a 2-star motel but of all the motels I had stayed in the previous week (most of which were 3-star), this was by far the best value of the lot. Clean, in excellent repair, rooms well designed and layed out. I have no complaints at all!
