The site advertised microwave/refridge in the room - nope had to ask for them at the desk and they didn't have any. The hotel is run down and the pillows were like flat pancakes. The continental breakfast consists of 2 types of bite size muffins or cold cereal (like fruit loops) We only stayed in the room to sleep as the AC was very noisy and had the old musty smell. The hotel is labeled 'No Smoking' but either folks were ignoring it or the ventilation from outside to inside wasn't great - smelled like smoke in the hallways and in our room.

Hotel service was dismal. I recieved no welcoming smiles at check-in nor at check-out and they were two different people. The room was clean and fresh. I slept very well. Service needs attention!! More smiles - be happy you have a job!

This was the first time we had been to Taos and we were on Spring break with our kids and grandkids. The hotel was very nice and clean and the receptionist was extremely nice. I went down and ask for directions and things to do and she was very helpful and gave us great ideas. We felt very comfortable with our family staying there. I have told several people about our stay and our trip. We will probably be back next year. Thanks for a great time.

One of the cheaper hotels to stay in in Taos. Overall experience was good. Walls are thin, so bring ear plugs in case neighbors get noisy. Breakfast was sparse but adequate - don't expect a waffle maker!
