When I arrived at the hotel I saw that they were under construction. None of this was mentioned when the plans were made or in all the emial up-dates I received before hand. I had to enter in the side door that was proped open with a brick, The lobby was torn up from the floor up! When I asked the person at the desk if she could recommed another hotel to stay at, she could not. When taking me up to my room to show me before I checked in she and I got stuck between floors on the elevator. Had to use the stairs for the next few hours. While the room was clean I was very disappointed in the look and in the inconvience. At the very least I would have expected a discounted rate for staying there. It was clear that they should not have been open during this time.

Fairfield Inns are notable for their cleanliness, friendly staff, and good breakfasts, and this one is no exception. I stayed here on two different nights about 3 weeks apart and was impressed by the quality of the physical facilities as well as the staff.
