My wife and I arrived there at about 9pm after a long day. When the woman at the front desk asked how we were doing I replied that we were exhausted and hungry. We brought some microwave dinners with us so we could just decompress in our room and have something to eat while we relaxed.
First off there was no map of the place. We had pulled into the car port at the front and when I asked where the room was, the reply with a wave of the hand was that it was just around the corner in the direction that our car was pointing. We drove around the side of the building, got all of our stuff out and lugged it into the building only to find ourselves wandering around trying to find our room number. Eventually we gave up, went back to the lobby and asked again where the room was. This time the wave was over her shoulder to the other side of the building with a little bit of "sorry" thrown in.
So, we drove around to the other side of the building, got our stuff out again and carried it to our room. Time to get comfortable and microwave some meals. Only there was no microwave in the room. We went to the front desk to ask if there was a microwave available for us to use and we were told that we could use the one over in the alcove of the front lobby. At this point my wife went ballistic and they quickly called in a maintenance man to take a microwave to our room with lots of apologies as to why there wasn't one there in the first place.
Well, this pretty much put the evening in an angry mess, thank you very much. So we ate a little bit of something and went to bed. In the morning I went to the front lobby because I remembered some sort of an invitation in my paperwork about joining them for breakfast between 6am and 10am so I went looking for a complimentary Continental Breakfast. No such thing in this restaurant.
In the end, we could have spent half as much at Comfort Inn, had just as nice of a room, definitely had a microwave in our room and also had a complimentary Continental Breakfast. Why on earth anyone would stay at this place is a mystery to us. We feel like fools for having stayed there.
Room was very clean. Staff very friendly & helpful.

I would definitely come back to this Hotel. Very convenient location for our purposes. The staff was very friendly, especially the people @ the front desk. They provided very good directions to locations we needed to get to & suggestions for dining were right on the money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Our family stayed at this hotel for a week while vacationing in Oregon. We chose hotel for its proximity to the city and easy access to the coast. Having stayed at a few Spring Hill Suites, I expected a large and clean room. The room was large enough for our family, although the view of the wall and roof from our window was a little disappointing. The bed was quite hard, which I liked but my wife did not. Having a kitchenette was a real value for our extended stay, as we made good use of the fridge and sink. The hotel also supplied a portable crib/ Pack-N-Play for the baby with new, clean linnens. The pool was clean and the kids made good use of it as well. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores and has easy access to the highway. It was easy to get on the road to see the area or go into Portland, and yet the hotel was quiet and off any major highways. While this is not the fanciest of hotels and the room was a little disappointing - not the largest I've seen in a suite, over all this was a perfect fit for the family and a great value.
