    The hotel was very ordinary. we stayed there at the beginning and end of our trip. the negatives: it was hot and stuffy inside the lobby and room, the staff ...

    The hotel was very ordinary. We stayed there at the beginning and end of our trip. The negatives: It was hot and stuffy inside the lobby and room, the staff seemed bothered by customer requests ( they were often texting) , the A/C dripped water into my shoes during the night and in the morning, they were filled with 2 inches of water ( when I told the clerk, he shrugged). I also didn't like their no cancellation policy. The positives: Decent breakfast, nice location to freeway.

    We needed a place to crash and it fits the bill. there was nothing special about the hotel. it was comfortable and we had no problems. the room was not ...

    We needed a place to crash and it fits the bill. There was nothing special about the hotel. It was comfortable and we had no problems. The room was not spotless but it was cleaner than my house.

    The non-smoking room we were given had been smoked in (the staff even admitted this!) we were given an upgrade to a different room but the beds were uncomfortable. ...

    The non-smoking room we were given had been smoked in (the staff even admitted this!) We were given an upgrade to a different room but the beds were uncomfortable. For a quick over night, it works, but that's about it.
