I thought the hotel was alright. Staff was nice hallway smelled like body odor. And don't plan on breakfast if you have a child or takes awhile to get ready. 6-9 am is not a good time frame.

Excellent price for a very clean, well-kept room. Hotel location great; easy to get to and convenient to all Lancaster attractions. Great breakfast. The one 'imperfection' is not easily remedied, of course, but the number and accessibility of electrical outlets in our particular room was a bit limited for us in this era of electronics. It was certainly manageable and will not keep us away.

This hotel was right by the outlet center (walking distance) however there wasn't a lot of traffic.

We stayed one night at this hotel in Lancaster. If you like the outlets, the location was good since many stores are within walking distance. We went to the pool and it was good - clean enough. The room smelled musty and the carpet was not that clean. It just felt like the room needed to be redone. The beds were just OK and the TV was not one of the newer ones (not a flat panel). If all the room are like the one I stayed in then I wouldn't recommend this hotel even though the staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was good.
