I would like to express my appreciation to all of the staff at this hotel. I stayed overnight, left my car at the hotel and used your shuttle service - Jan 26 - 29, 2011.
As my flight was taking off I realized that I might have forgotten to lock my vehicle. When I arrived at my destination I telephoned the front desk manager - Alonzo - and asked if he would check my car to see if It was locked.
He was very kind - assuring me he would have the shuttle driver check it - and lock it if that was needed.
Thank you for taking such good care of your guests! Please extend my personal thanks to Alonzo - and to the other staff that made my stay pleasant. I will look forward to returning again.
