Called for a ride from the airport and told the girl I was at E2. She said to go to H2. I asked how to get there and she said ask someone and hung up. Half the drivers don't speak English. We asked to go to the airport and were taken to a park n ride. On a rainy day we asked for a ride to the store a quarter mile away and gave him the address, it was on the same street as the hotel. The driver had to confer with other people and then set up his GPS to get there. Dishes sit in the walkways for up to two days before they are picked up. The second day we got one washcloth. We called the desk for another washcloth and some tea bags. Five hours later we called again. The gal showed up with just tea bags. Nice, clean, quiet place, but with some staffing problems.

I have stayed here about 6 times this year, usually for a few days at a time. One of my co-workers recommended this hotel to me. The staff is exceptional and has always made my stay comfortable and restful. The rooms are spacious and always clean. You can't beat the quality of the breakfast in the A.M. I have tried other hotels in the area, but I keep coming back here if rooms are available. The staff is professional and courteous and they strive to please.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The pool is very small and open from 5-9 including weekends and featured a surly llifeguard with a whistle who hovers over the tiny pool. Our room featured a broken mirror and a toilet that wouldn't flush. This place appears to serve as an employment program for the local populace. Grade: D.

The pool is tiny and open from 5-9 including weekends and features a surly llifeguard with a whistle who hovers over the pool during the last half hour to glare at your children.
