Stayed at this hotel last year was great...this year gone down hill. Cigarette butts all around the pool area, SMELL was horrible had to move rooms and still could smell it, their excuse was we had alot of rain...mind you we were on the 3rd floor, one day they even had a shampooer out pulling water out of the carpets and put a humidifier in the hall for the smell. No apologies from management about the issue AT ALL!!! Only positive was breakfast, that was if you got there before 9 although it was to last until 10. This hotel has gone down hill, NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE! We wont be going back!

The only complain I have was small and would not keep me from Renting again. But the shower was had some hairs in it. The over all big thing i noticed that I wish they would change. The smell of the room smelled really strong with what remind me of car deodorizer. We febrezed the room which made it tolerable. If i had to stay there a week I would have to go get a air freshener.
Other than these 2 minor things I would stay here again. For the price, the location it was a great deal. Breakfast was provided
1) 5 mins from bush gardens
2) 5 mins from a resturant
3) 5 mins from fast food.
Great location if you going to bush gardens and want to get a bite to eat quickly after a long trip.

After a very long day at Busch Gardens all I wanted to do was check in and relax. I was happy to see the check in process was very quick. They gave us a bag which contained information about the area, bottled water, crackers and had a bowl of fruit on the counter if you wanted something fresh. It was a nice touch. The room was quiet, nicely decorated and very clean. It had a sink and mirror along with a blowdryer outside of the bathroom so that muliple people could get ready at once. The bed was comfortable. The drink machines were not available on the 2nd floor where we stayed and we had to go to the 3 or 4th floor to purchase a soda. Not a big deal but thought I would mention it. Breakfast was served in the lobby area which looked good but we did not eat. The hotel was a little over 2 miles from the park and easy to find.
