Service was okay, but slow since they seemed under staffed. Checked in late left early next day. Left Ipad in room and discovered it later that day. Called and fully expected it have been turned in since this is a Ramada in and not a Motel 6 or other low budget hotel. No, the room was cleaned and nothing was turned in. I need to contact manager yet and will have to deal with police next. Needless to say I am not happy.

Average hotel, average price. Construction and remodeling made it a bit noisy at times, and only one elevator was operating. Probably because of that, we weren't charged for parking, which they apparently usually charge for. It was adequate for our needs, since we were visiting relatives and spent little time there. The rates sound more reasonable than they are, since breakfast is not included (there is a restaurant) and there is the aforementioned usual parking charge. Some of the upper rooms may have a view of the river, but we didn't have one of those.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights recently. This place has the potential to be AMAZING. The location and river views from the upper rooms are great. But EVERYTHING IS DATED and few things work properly (e.g. elevators). Most of the carpets are stained (ewwww) as well. That being said, it's under new ownership and if they put money into this place and do it right it will compete with the Marriott and Embassy Suites for sure. Free internet was also refreshing.
