    Dirtiest place we stayed so far.... :-( mildew on shower curtain and corners of room!!! staff was not responsive at all... breakfast was a desaster (creamcheese unchilled, muffins old, no jelly, ...

    Dirtiest place we stayed so far.... :-( Mildew on shower curtain and corners of room!!! Staff was not responsive at all... Breakfast was a desaster (creamcheese unchilled, muffins old, no jelly, moist cereals,...) Enire breakfast-area was unhygienic

    Enjoyed the stay, great location to the downtown there. visited on parents weekend and will go back. the bathroom was very nice and new looking.

    Directions to property leave a lot to be desired, Hard to find especially at night. The moment I opened the door, I knew this was a mistake. The room reeked of heavy tobacco smoke. It was everywhere. And now it is in everything I own (Like Seinfeld's Car). I called the desk to ask for another room and was told there was no room available. The king size bed was too firm and now I have a back ache. House cleaning not evident. An absolutely terrible room. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction at checkout, all I got was a blank stare. No receipt. You pay thru Travel website - - Travel give receipt. Worst stay ever anywhere, Hands down!

    The room was dirty the floor looked like it wasn't cleaned especially under the bed. When I got home I checked my credit card on line and found that the card was charged almost $6.00 more than my receipt. I wouldn't stay there again and I would advise anyone who does to keep a close eye a\\on their charges.
