I couldn't be happier.... reasonably priced, a safe area, friendly-smiley-helpful staff and a clean comfortable room!!!

This hotel was terrible. The hallways and rooms smelled horrible -- like some major ammonia spill had occurred but it worse...as though they were trying to cover up some other nasty smells. The ceiling by the back entry was falling apart from some apparent water damage -- and the hallway window was cracked to let in some 'fresh' air -- but the cobwebs were so thick and full of bugs it was disgusting. Three of the 4 of us got headaches from the smell -- and the tea in the room tasted like the smell as well. We refused to stay even for one night -- and the hotel refused to give us our money back. We will NEVER EVER stay at another Baymont establishment.

We rented two rooms for one night at the Baymont. In each room the carpets were visibly not vacuumed. One room had urine and toilet paper in the toilet; both bathroom floors seemed sticky and were dirty when wiped with a damp kleenex. Staff was apologetic but did not actively solve the problems. The rooms were also quite small for king rooms and the furniture was broken down and quite worn. There are two buildings-we were in the second meaning we had to go out of doors to get to the indoor pool or breakfast; the second building has two floors and no elevator- none of this is mentioned at check in. The breakfast food was less than appetizing as well. We were in town for a graduation and did not have enough time to work out an alternate plan and be on time for our event...but we will not return.

I like those hotel alot. It is beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious!!
