    Stayed over spring break and room was below average for a 5-star hotel. toilet leaked, shower leaked. we did 2 massages and i didn't feel they were worth ...

    Stayed over spring break and room was below average for a 5-star hotel. Toilet leaked, shower leaked. We did 2 massages and I didn't feel they were worth the money at all. They didn't seem professionally trained and skilled, but rather gave a rubdown in a room with candles and incense. Staff was all pleasant and service friendly, however. My overall take is we could have stayed someplace else and been just as content and saved a lot of money.
