    Carpet was dirty, we paid for a non-smoking room, but the whole floor had a strong cigarrette smoke smelling. the sheets and pillowcases had stains. on top of that, ...

    Carpet was dirty, we paid for a non-smoking room, but the whole floor had a strong cigarrette smoke smelling. The sheets and pillowcases had stains. On top of that, being a Platinum Member, I was assigned to a lower-catergory room. They almost doubled the price of a room but flawed service quality.
