The hotel is beautiful, room was great and the pool and beach are terrific. That said we won't stay here again and the reason is the food (and certain aspects of the service)!! Let's start with breakfast. They advertise a free breakfast included in the room however we were extremely disappointed. We were expecting a nice hot breakfast like you would expect in a hotel of this caliber (omelet station, eggs, etc.) but there was only fruit, pastries and cold cereal. If you want anything else, you have to order off the menu which is very expensive ($20 for eggs benedict and for this price you get just the two eggs benedict, nothing on the side). The hotel only has 2 restaurants and one is extremely expensive ($45 for an entree plus 11% tax and 15% gratuity which is automatically added on). The other restaurant is a casual, pool side bar/cafe. We ate here occasionally but again the food is overpriced and not that great. There really aren't any other restaurants in the immediate area and the grocery store is fairly far away. We did have a kitchen and cooked for ourselves most meals but we wouldn't have if we had other options. We also weren't happy with the housekeeping service which seemed to appear only once a day and if you have the privacy note hanging up they don't seem to come back for the rest of the day unless you call (and each time I did I landed directly on their a full voice mail box!)
