I stayed here with my mother for 6 nights in September. Boston is a very walkable city and this hotel is perfectly located. It's at the edge of Back Bay so you are a few blocks from the trendy shopping area, but also just a long walk away from the historic section of the city (if my 70 something mother could walk it, so can you.) The hotel itself is lovely and and modern looking. The restaurant/bar is expensive (as all hotel restaurants are.) The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My room overlooked the construction across the street but I never heard any noise from it. The bathroom was spacious by any hotel bathroom standards. What I liked best about the washroom was the shelving unit with meant we didn't have to leave our things on a water counter top. It was a nice touch.

It was my first time in Boston, and we choose the back bay hotel for its proximity to everything. Beautiful room, wonderful bathroom, and wonderful service. Very nice hotel and I would recommend it to family and friends!

The hotel employees were very helpful and curteous. Construction next door is a little noisy. They did have a restaurant/bar on site but the coffee service in the lobby could have been available all day instead of only til 10am. We were able to leave our bags before and after check-in/check-out and that was helpful with airline schedule. Everyone in Boston is friendly and helpful if we were looking for something and you can get around on the subway very easily. Beautiful City!

From the time I got there until the time I left four days later, every staff member acted like it was their personal responsibility to answer all of my questions and take care of my every need. Everyone was so kind and attentive. I would strongly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Boston.
