When we had a concern with our room the management held a second room for us and allowed us to switch rooms when the concern remained. After staying in a couple of other motels where customer service did not seem to be a priority, the Bangor Super 8 was a refreshing change.
Good value for the money. Convenient and very pleasant staff

I was puzzled by the rules about complimentary rides to and from the airport--one way if staying one night, both ways if staying two. On the other hand, it is one of the staff who provides the ride and my one-way ride was a very pleasant one. Good conversation about Maine. Super8 motels have generally met my expectations--a comfortable bed, quiet motel, and adequate service given the cost. No self-made waffles, but frozen waffles for toasting and other good breakfast choices.
CONVENIENT LOCATION, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE BED. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

PRETTY GOOD ACCOMODATIONS FOR THE MONEY. CLEAN AND HANDY LOCATION. WINDOW WOULDN'T OPEN IN AN OTHERWISE PRETTY COMFORTABLE ROOM. BREAKFAST ROOM COULD HAVE BEEN A BIT BIGGER. BOTH TOASTER WERE VERY SLOW. SELECTION WAS KINDA LIMITED. I THINK SOME TOASTER WAFFLES, MAYBE REG, & BLUEBERRY WOULD BE A NICE AND AFFORDABLE ITEM TO ADD AND/OR PRE-COOKED HARD BOILED EGGS AS WELL, AGAIN VERY LITTLE EFFORT FOR PRETTY CHEAP MONEY. I stayed at the Bangor Super 8 before, about 8 years ago & was very impressed with it then. I have to say that it was just as good of an experience this time. The rooms are very clean and they have a very nice continental breakfast.
