The staff's service was impeccable. They were very friendly and helpful. When we checked in around midnight, Louis was a cheerful and informative front desk attendant. The rooms were great quality and incredibly clean. Our room was small compared with some hotels, but we don't usually do any breakdancing in our hotel room -- so the extra space is not usually necessary! The hotel had great character and charm, and it was in very convenient location. I'd highly recommend it!

This is a very nice hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. My husband and I stayed in a deluxe king room and my only complaint is that the room is very small. There isn't much room to walk around in. We ate breakfast at Gracie's and the food was wonderful. We had drinks in the Driftwood Room and the drinks were good but the room was very dark.

I havent stayed at other hotels i Portland but had a good overall experience. Room was a good size (their exec suite), had seperate living and bed area which was great. Room also had kitchen amenities with a fullsize fridge and oven. Staff was fabulous ad so was the espresso machine in the lobby! Free continental breakfast they offered was also very nice.

Can not wait to stay again! The food was great andt so was the Driftwood Room.
