We were given an upgrade after the air condition leaked. We were given a deluxe suite with a washer and dryer combo and the bed room was it's on separate room with a door. It felt like a place you would stay for a week not an over night hotel. Indoor pool and hot tubs were great! Also, new elevators!!!

My wife and I stayed one week in September with our Maltese. We decided to transport our bicycles down with us to enjoy what Myrtle beach and it's surrounding areas have to offer. My first question when we checked in was, "will our bikes be safe in your parking lot." We had them mounted on our vehicle with a cable lock. We were told, "of course, there is 24 hr surveillance. Cameras and a security guard. No need to worry ." I felt good about that. The second night we were here, our bikes were stolen. Their cameras showed people coming in and scouting the lot out first then coming back and walking out with the bikes one at a time. If it wasn't for their bad advice we would have brought our bikes up into our room. To make a long story short the manager there showed no regard to our loss except in saying that it was unfortunate. He emphasized that it never happened before. It does say in their small print that they are not responsible, but at least offer us something for our trouble. Maybe a two dollar coupon for a bike rental. Free breakfast at their sister Hotel, the Patricia Grand. Something to show some compassion. You would thing they would want us to return again. Nothing. We won't be back.

My wife and I brought our two teens and two of their friends and rented a two bedroom. We had plenty of room, that surprised us. The room was clean, well stocked, and convenient to everything. The view and location was perfect. The staff was helpful and on top of everything, We usually stay in places that cost twice as much but were pleased with this resort. We will be there next year too.

First Room the fridge and air conditioner were broken. Not exactly the nicest hotel. Far away from all the main attractions. Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi tub though. I do have to say the staff was extra friendly and upgraded our room for all the trouble.
