Nothing fancy here, but met our needs for a one-night stay after a concert at WinStar. The room was clean, the staff was welcoming. The wallpaper near the baseboards in the bathroom was peeling, there was no door on the bathroom. (We were booked in a wheelchair accessible room for some reason, so that may account for the wide doorway with no door in the bathroom.) It was somewhat noisy due to the close proximity to I 35.
I would stay there again if it was not an extended stay.

The only positive thing about this hotel was the staff. They were friendly and curtious. The hotel itself was old and the smell was awful. I had an extremely hard time breathing in my "non-smoking room" which reaked of smoke. The carpets are filthy and the furniture is old. The rooms are cleaned daily but what it really needs is an overhaul. I was completely sick to my stomach and didn't want to touch anything.

I stayed here for a concert at the Winstar. The room was clean and comfortable and everything worked fine like the TV, refrigerator, microwave, safe, and the A/C was good and cold. A nice plus is that the room hallways are indoors...not like a drive-up motel where you always have to walk outside where it's hot. The free breakfast was also good...the Texas waffle was fresh and tasty. And the staff was friendly and helpful.

This has to be one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. The whole place smelled like smoke, the toilet didn't flush, and the shower was broken (thru the sheetrock). The bed felt like it was going to fall apart, there is no clock in the room and the actual cleanliness of the room is disgusting. Really, find some place better to stay or stay in Denton, its not that long of a drive.
