was not worth the price. beds not comfortable doors on rooms all needed to be slammed in rooms around us including ours. no fridge in room and needed to get ice from desk. pool has no steps except for metal steps to get out.
Nice location outside Bryce Canyon entrance and very beautiful view of Mountains

The "resort" is a combination motel, RV park, trailer park, junk yard, Mexican restaurant, Subway restaurant, cabins, a rental agency for 4-wheelers, and fishing trip agency. There was no breakfast included and the room was very basic. The towels were thin and worn. The motel staff was okay, but we had to wake the Subway staff person for breakfast and he obviously had a rough night before. Free internet was available in the office #which I didn't try# but not in the room.
For the price, the room was far from what I expected.

The shower just barely dribbled. Expected WiFi in the room but had to go to lounge area in another building. Only one bar of soap so had to call front office. Towels were quite old and skimpy.

My wife and I had a "cosy queen" room for 2 nights. The room looked a bit outdated, but was clean. The staff was friendly and when our toilet had a slight problem it was fixed in 5 minutes.
The room price was a bit steep, but maybe not abnormal for the location (5 minutes from the park).
The nearby restaurant (same owner?) looked bit messy, but the food (breakfasts and dinners) was great! Their deserts knock you out!
