I had never been to Massachusetts before and was there on business. The hotel was very helpful in directions, meals, shopping nearby and ground transportation back to the airport. I would definitely go there again in the future to visit Plymouth Rock and other sightseeing adventures I did not have time to take in. The hotel was super clean and adjacent to all of my shopping and eating needs.

Hidden away in the kitchen of the Hilton Garden Inn in Plymouth, MA is a jewel of a chef. Recently, we were pleasantly surprised to have breakfast masterfully cooked by their weekend chef Kim. I travel to Hilton facilities all over the US and I have not had a healthier or tasty breakfast is some time. Keep up the good work!!!!
Every employee was outstanding, the pool was great, and our room was very nice. the housekeeping staff did a great job at cleaning up. i would definitely stay again.

It is a fairly new hotel and as such is clean and does not have the musty smell that older hotels may have. The adjustable beds were nice once I had my side set to the firm setting, and the room was a decent size and very clean. My wife judges a hotel by the towels, and this hotel passes with flying colors. The towels were plentiful and soft. The best thing about the hotel is the hotel staff. Everyone seemed friendly and eager to help for any questions or concerns that we had. There is always coffee brewing in the lobby (if it is a bit stale they will gladly make more for you) which goes very well with the chocolate chip cookies on the check-in counter. My only complaint is that the doors everywhere were hard to open and are set to slam shut at the first opportunity. Overall, I would be happy to stay there again.
