I have stayed at most of the 4 star hotels in the Dallas area and this one is by far my favorite.
It isn't that it is nicer exactly; it is just as nice as all the other great DFW hotels, but the service is just stellar, and everything down to the entry way dog bowls are polished and kept in the best possible condition.
Love the beds, the bedding, free and good quality wifi, and don't even get me started on the bathroom.

I've stayed here twice for business and if I every find myself in Dallas for an anniversary, this is where I'm going.
Also have to love that they allow pets.
And it is just SO quiet! I have never been in a more private feeling hotel room.

Overall the hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. I normally don't stay at hotels that cost this much. Also there is no free internet, no free breakfast. I believe they do have a free wine "happy hour". They are close to the Katy Trail path and have a couple bikes you can use to ride downtown (about 4 miles).

The hotel gives a great first impression, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The lobby is modern and appealing, and features a lovely area to sit and read the paper, or meet a guest. They featured wine tasting while we were there, and also have coffee and tea each morning beginning at 6 a.m. The room is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom totally new, with everything you may have forgotten to pack there waiting for you on the counter. The staff, from front desk, to concierge, to room service, was exceedingly friendly. I would stay here again.
