At the end it was a good experience.
But the beginnig was terrible. If you expect to have a room like the one of the pictures, you must specify for it (calling and not by internet) and absolutely don`t go to the second floor. The third is ok, I guess the fourth and the fifht are the ones with those rooms. The price difference is only 2000 yen.
Because tourists and non-japanese speakers they didn`t explain us this difference.. maybe they don`t do that at all. After the first day and the change of our room (from 2nd floor to 3rd), it was more or less a pleasant stay. Didn`t try the breakfast cause salt one, expensive drink machine, ask for softer pills they have others than the japanese ones. Small bathroom but conformed to oriental standars. A common pc in the lobby. Poor english speaking staff.
Average value for the money, good position for the eldorado of temples not that much for other stuff.
