Suite was much smaller than other residence inns we stayed in.My sons helped carry their coaches equipment to their room from ours as their room was not ready on arrival.and both families were followed by management and messages left acusing us of having too many guests in our rooms which was not true. View from our room was a large field of trash! II'm a Marriott rewards member and requested a suite in my profile with extra pillows,upper floor,extra towels and a room near other team members. None of our requests were granted. We requested blankets, pillows and towels on arrival and none were sent .I had to make up our own pull out sofa and roll away bed.We were told to close windows and drapes by 10 am as they were going to wash our windows. So much for sleeping in on Mothers Day.We never did find their pool or workout room.It was a clean hotel. Got directions to a nearby mall only to find the mall closes at 5pm on Sat. nights. We have traveled as a well behaved extreme sport team in the US and Canadafor three years and have never been treated like this.I was also surprise to find this hotel was connected to a courtyard hotel.Truely an unpleasant stay!
