    The exterior and lobby looked nice and the bed was comfortable but everything else was dirty and in need of repair. hardware was either broken or missing from doors ( that ...

    The exterior and Lobby looked nice and the bed was comfortable but everything else was dirty and in need of repair. Hardware was either broken or missing from doors ( that includes fire doors at elevator) and the carpets (especially the hallways and elevator) was extremely dirty. It looked like it had never been cleaned. No ice machine on the second floor, the one in the lobby was broken (not working) and a trip to the third floor was needed to get any ice. We would not stay at this hotel or recommend it to anyone unless you are too tired to drive further and are desperate.

    This was the best Hotel I have ever stayed. Staff was execellent and rooms where very clean.Fire place in hallway and christmas decoration was best .Breakfast was good, Pool and spa stays open 24 hrs thats a plus.

    local company put me up for a few days while I worked in the area. felt bad they wasted their money on this place. very poor customer service and the room was literally trashed from the previous guest(s). I had no confidence in the cleaning of the room after all I found in the room .
