Great experience, great service, room was cleaned everyday, the staff was excelent. The pool is awesome, had yoga class at the beach. The food at the member's club is not very good, but the buffet at the Embassy is unbelievable (you better get there early). I love the location, that have movie theathers, a lot of shops nearby. I recommend it to everyone!

Sheets dirty with either blood stains or roach feces. (same, or worse, in several rooms we were shown). All carpets and furniture so dirty we were afraid to sit on anything. We ended up NOT staying in that hotel - of course - we got no refund either.
Hidden fees at check in.
Do yourself a favor, for $60 extra - stay at the Hyatt (that's where we went) with it's gorgeous private beach - top notch rooms and service.
The only good thing about this booking was that we booked only ONE night. I can't imagine how the poor souls who pre-paid 2 weeks in this place must have felt........

(So many things went wrong). First, the entrance looks like a back door, has no signs (if it did I couldn't see it). And once you’re in, you have to pay for parking. The room had broken furniture to include the sofa bed. The beds were dirty, as if the sheets were not changed. Food and drinks are overprice, and the beach was dirty. Also the pictures for the Golden Sands Villas are misleading there are three hotels all connect. But i did have a nice view. And the staff was nice (I feel bad for them). Where's management?
