TALOFA! My husband and I Stayed at Aggie Grey's Beach Resort and Loved every minute of it. Would stay there again. GOOD food and Hospitality. [Except for the Woman at the Front Desk wasn't too friendly]. LADIES: Be sure to take your Electrical [Brick] Converter for your curling irons/curlers. Location was FABULOUS as the Beach was only 40 yards and BEAUTIFUL...Golf course is nice but hopefully you won't travel 1/2 way around the world to play golf as there is so much to do and see in Samoa. We travelled there to pick up our son up from his 2 years on an LDS Church Mission. He knew the Samoa language fluently but most of the Samoan's know English very well. I will say to take your meds for a cold or Flu as I did get sick on Air New Zealand 3/4 the way there [cough and congestion] and take something for Acid reflux as the food is good ..but different to Americans stomachs! The people are so humble and so happy htere..[Americans could take a lesson or two from these folks] Always have a smile on their faces and LOVE to have their Picture taken...The beaches especially the shell beaches on Savaii are SPECTACULAR and a beach comber's paradise. Be sure to go into town or attend one of the Dinner shows called a Fia Fia and enjoy the Native dancing and fire twirling. Scuba or snorkel if you ge the chance and maybe even visit a Church on Sunday to hear these people sing with all their hearts and souls... If you have any questions let me know..Otherwise WE HIGHLY recommend Seeing Samoa, their wonderful people, and Aggie Grays Resort is a Wonderful place to stay! Malo!

Aggie's Resort is the best place to stay in Samoa if you like comfort. It's one of the few hotels with a beach that is suitable for swimming in Samoa. Unfortunately meals at the resort are boring and expensive, so take the ""meal plan"" which is good value. There is no other dining option in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. The spa is overpriced and while it is nice to be outside, watch out for mosquitoes!! Kids are welcomed at this resort, so avoid the New Zealand school holidays if you like a quiet time by the pool.
