Not far from the subway. In an industrial area but a pretty safe neighborhood as they go. The builiding is relatively new, but slightly worn around the edges. I had a few quirky things with my room (light bulbs missing/burned out, only decaff coffee), but the staff responded quicly to fix them. Biggest issue was the room door that did not latch easily -- had to jostle it a bit to hear the click.
This is a very small... everything... from the elevator, to the "cafeteria", from the rooms to its bathrooms, your feel like you are in europe.
