We are a couple. Just returned from our great 11 vacation angkorland visit in Siem Reap. We stayed in a large Deluxe Room very clean, wooden,good smell and good poolview and garden. During our stay we much experienced the Cambodian lives. Cambodians are gorgeous. especially well-training staffs at Empress Hotel. We feel very convenient during our stay. They took care of us, helped us when we need any helps. We love the cambodian carving decoration every corner in the hotel. The Wi Fi is frustrating in room, restaurant, bar or lobby. Good location either near the airport, town center or interesting places. Varieties of buffet breakfast every morning. You are better advised to stay in this Empress Hotel.

We stayed at this Empress Hotel for 3 nights. During our stay, we had a birthday party on the 3rd night. and we were surprised to know that the hotel's staff provided us the birthday cake without let us know before. They surprised us. They provided us the free airport pick up. This hotel location is not far to the town or the airport. we just spent US$* for the Tuk-Tuk waiting for us outside the hotel. Breakfast buffet is extensive and the pool is large and relaxing. we feel very safe to put our passport in the safe box in the room or down to the reception counter. I am very happy to spend the good value for money, service, security & safety, comfortable and best accommodation. I would appreciate to recommend to my friends to stay at Empress Angkor Hotel.

Wonderful Place! Two of us stayed 3 nights in this hotel, We highly appreciate this hotel's service. They are all helpful, friendly and polite. They welcomed us warmly with their smile. The check-in process is very smooth. Especially they took care of our request appropriately. I could say.WOW. the rooms are completely equipped with modern amenities. Interesting Cambodian Cultural Village is close to the hotel and not far away from the airport with free airport pick up and transfer from hotel to the airport. I feel very safe in this hotel with 24 hours security.
A large buffet breakfast is settled at ground floor. After a long trip in the day time, we took a rest at the large clean beautiful pool along surrounded by the green garden.
I would high recommend this hotel as a wonderful hotel in Siem Reap.
