We stayed one night and ate at the restaurant downstairs good value for the money. Staff was terrifice thought we lost wallet and found it in a draw but the staff bent over backwards helping would stay again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is centrally located. It is modern. There is a $10.00 fee per day to park in the hotel lot. The lot does not have enough spaces. I returned to the hotel at 10:45pm and a a space was not available. I parked on the curb of the lot. I complained to the person at the desk and was told that I could park at the adjacent garage which is part of the Albany Medical Center, but I would have to pay the fee. The $10.00 fee per day was removed from my bill.

I very much enjoyed staying here although I did have the understanding that there was a continental breakfast. The wording on the website implies that breakfast is included.
