Great hotel- stayed with my 2 daughters to see the sunrise pony round up the Mon before the swim. Chincoteagueague pony on site - girls loved it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was a little dated, but adequate. Breakfast/coffee was available when we got up at 5am. Hotel located off main street- many shops, ice cream shops within walking distance. Pool clean and inviting. AC worked great- I heard no outside noise. Straight shot down the road to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Room was not very good; I reported the air conditioner was not working properly on Saturday. They tried to fix it but the same problem occurred on Sunday. I would rate our stay a 3 out of 5.

was really amazed with the room amenties and service they had for such affordable price. We exptected that a midscale hotel will have just basic choice and ok breakfast. But this hotel had all the amenities you might need when you are out on the trip. Breakfast was having lot of varieties, but not waffle. Rooms were really nice and well kept. would definately go back to stay in future tirp. Thanks to staff for making our stay.

we stayed at this place in the last weekend of Aug. It was excellent and one of our memorable trip to the Island. The town is so beautiful that we would definately plan our next vacation again to this place. Hotel was really nice. Clean rooms and really helpful staff. Continental breakfast was nice to start the day. Front staff and the breakfast attendant, gave some time to tell about the town and beach. Also the pony - Lightning on property was awsome. I loved this place, its an exterior location, kids can play around, pool and the little gazebos they had with pleasant music going on, would make us go back again. Thanks for making our stay wonderful, will surely come back again.
