We stayed at the Old House in May 2010 for 8 days. Having a washer and dryer in our room was very handy for the lengthy stay as well as the full kitchen. The room was beautiful. Perfect location...in walking distance to all amenities. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommended and we will be staying again. My only recommendation to the hotel would be to add more equipment in the gym!!

This lovely facility continues to have problems with its service offerings. High speed internet connectivity is frequently not available; front desk seems apathetic to this situation. It took the management over five years to purchase a caddy for luggage because the owners could not reach consensus on the style. Come prepared to serve yourself because no one offers to assist with luggage. When I asked for an ice bucket, there was only one available! These people really need to become more customer-focused before competitors sweep them off the map.
