    Had to be checked in by the cleaning lady as the office was locked. no room number on the door, had to be shown which room by cleaning lady. found ...

    Had to be checked in by the cleaning lady as the office was locked. No room number on the door, had to be shown which room by cleaning lady. Found no security lock inside the room and the electrical outlet where the coffee pot was did not work. Ran water in shower for at least 5 minutes without getting any hot water. Stayed in room for 1-2 hours and decided that I wanted no part of this. Office still closed and I had to give my card to the cleaning lady. Will never consider staying there again.

    Checked in around 9:00 pm - no towels, remote for tv wasn't for the tv in room, no sheets on bed, only mattress cover and that was stained, phone ...

    Checked in around 9:00 PM - no towels, remote for TV wasn't for the TV in room, no sheets on bed, only mattress cover and that was stained, Phone did not work, body hair in the bath tub....and not the kind that comes from a persons head and extremely low water pressure!! Huge crack in the ceiling extending from one side of the room to the other.I have stayed in budget rooms before working on construction crews, but this room was so bad, we didn't even spend the night here....what a waste of $* My advice to web....don't even offer this hotel on your website!
