My family stayed at Hanoi Serenity Hotel for 5 nights. It's very clean and nice with excellent location and great service. The staff works hard and show us their hospitality. They recommended good restaurant, gave useful travel information and organized very wonderful Halong bay trip for us. We highly recommend Hanoi Serenity hotel.

Wow, Serenity Hotel is the best hotel we stay in Vietnam. It's a just-opened hotel with friendly and helpful staff, clean room, and good service. We had free breakfast with Pho and were organized good tour to Halong bay. Here, you will be cared like family member. We highly recommend Serenity Hotel.
