We checked in on April 1st to this la quinta propoerty and I just wanted to say that I had a great experience. Right from the check in to the entire stay the service was excellent! We were greeted with friendly staff and then we went right into very comforable beds. My kids loved the breakfast which was very filling and we had lots to choose from. the comforter was the best very cosy and cuddly! all in all i think la quintas are premium products at low price! especially this one on victory drive in Indianapolis!

We booked a non smoking room for 2 nights over 1.5 month in advance. Upon arrival we checked in and went to our room. When entering the 4th floor we immediately noticed the smell of smoke. They had put us on the smoking floor. Our room reaked of smoke. We confronted the mgr and were told there were no other rooms available. The elevators did not work our entire stay, except our first trip up to our room. The management said they had contacted the elevator repair company, but they were never repaired during our stay. The fire alarm went off one night and we went to the lobby and were told by staff that the fire dept. was called, but that they felt it was a prank due to the amount of kids staying there at the time. Staff members never went outside or to any of the floors to see about their guests' safety.

Stayed there two nights. First night the room door was not locked when we got to room, door was propped open. Bathroom was not cleaned, missing towels, missing cups for coffee, no interned service. Asked to talk to manager when they came in, never heard from them. Asked to be moved to a different room, was told no comperable rooms were avalible. Second day Bathroom still not cleaned, but room was stocked. Upon checking out asked to talk to manager again, was told he would call me and verified my phone number. Never heard from manager. I will not stay at a La Quinta again.

It was convenient with quick access to I65. It was nice not to be right inside of downtown. Plenty of food options close by, but stay at the hotel for breakfast because there are many options on the breakfast bar. Check-in and Check-out⦠are a breeze. A good experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was very quiet

I am a bit hesitant to offer this review, because after our return home, both my husband and I suffered from a severe case of bedbug bites. I must admit I can't fault this particular hotel because we never checked the beds before we used them; we were pretty ignorant about the warnings, so I can't say that we definitely contracted them at this establishment. If we did, of course I would change my rating, and I can assure you that since then, I now check everything! Other than that unfortunate problem, I found no fault with our room, the staff, or the comfort of our accommodations.
