Staff and hotel were great. We were given an unexpected room upgrade which made our trip much more enjoyable. Bathroom could have been cleaner - found hair on the floor and tub. Bed was soft, but fitted sheet kept coming off at the top corners. Room was laid out well and very functional. We were on the second floor and every morning we could hear the people in the room above us. It was louder than I normally hear in hotel rooms. (Loud enough to wake us up.) Two mornings we could also hear the people in the room next to us. It was loud enough that we thought it was family in our hotel room. Definitely think better sound proofing could have been done in the building of the hotel. Not the fault of current staff - they were very good. Breakfast was good.
